SFOR (ACS) has signed deals. You dont initiate any business with customers with out a contract.
Ropes and Grey is ACS's attorny as well and they wouldnt allow it.
I would imagine you move forward with a new sales client first with a signed contract. Then you implement the services , then you get paid.
Mark has intimated their channel partner has signed dealls. We learned that ACS has Blackrock and First Data as clients and others. Through a sales email where CJ Burnett ACS's president intimated such.
ACS has been implementing the services since early last year, and are in the process of compleeting the final implementation of services. They were very large clients and the logistics of getting everyone on the same page with vacations , size and scope made delays.
Early in 2017 Mark thought they might finish up last year and get paid end of 2017 early 2918 and thats why he thought 2017 might be the best year ever. Not a prediction , but a possable projection. It pushed over in to 2018
Now to my understanding, we are in the final stage of finishing up jobs and the countdown is on to getting paid. and PPS share moving up
