Wow! I guess it has taken me quite some time to get it somewhat together here in 2018, as I finally put two and two together, made the connection, and got caught up on the roller coaster events that befell Gandalf48, his girlfriend, and the two pups.
What a tragic accident, but at least it looks like G's girlfriend's injuries are on the mend, and it is really an amazing, and fortunate turn of events that the doggies are back where they belong.
The news story videos are from stations in my neck of the woods.
One thing that I think I still missed was how the pups ended up where they were before their happy return - was the older white-haired lady interviewed in a couple of the news segments the person suspected of originally absconding with the dogs?
Although I never heard any actual allegations, and it looked like she was being "helpful" in connection with the pups return, she seemed pretty sketchy to me, and a little *off* somehow.
Hope that all are home safely now.
