Are you familiar with "Drys" shipping? He pumped it up from nothing to over $5 then printed a bunch of shares, sold them to toxic funding people then RS'ed. Then he did that about 5 more times, maybe more. Then he had raised enough capital to go buy several container ships, VLC's, I think. He did this in a very short period of time and he is in Greece.
So could MMEX do a variation of that scheme?
