I would assume he pays them off.
Another reason why he refused to testify at the Fake BK. I would have blown his cover.
Bad enough grown men don't cry over testifying.
There is certainly something wrong with him. He is supposedly owed $ 450,000 he sent to a convicted felon and he continues trying to put us out of business. By doing so he'll never see his money.
