I think the argument would be that they are bleeding out the value and basically sucking money out from Crown Bridge while the stock declines. So they stand to suck 3 mil. But this doesn't strike me as some long con that is staying in business as a parasite and getting their salary from equity sales. Especially because I don't think Hanks draws a salary from MMEX.

I don't see how the money is made either. And there has certainly not been much pump. This is why I lean towards the idea that MMEX is little more than a financing vehicle, to be abused if necessary. Its pretty indisputable that Jack is not interested in soothing shareholders. I think they are actually trying to build the refinery, but that protecting yourself is rule #1. I can say for myself, if we get back above 1c before the RS and there is no financing news or real progress, I will be deciding whether to sell and wait... I don't think Hanks is a crook, but I am not going to just trust him blindly. He is in this primarily to make money for himself, not shareholders, remember if he is successful, he isn't gonna be a majority holder of the refinery. He isn't planning to be a public company man, he is going to turn around and get back to work with Maple on another project. So I don't see much priority in long term shareholder nurturing.
