So the TAUG thugs, loanranger and Alydyr are burning up iHub today with stories (incomplete) of Mr. Berman swindling shareholders out of company cash.
A couple of things. The company's cash is the company's cash, not the shareholders' cash. The typical basher conspiracy is management stealing from the company and making it look like the money is being stolen out of shareholders' pockets. The people making these claims never gave the company a dime. Nonetheless, penny stock traders believe this crap.
The second issue is that if Mr. Berman were taking money out of the company to pay himself, that is his right. No matter what the jailbird John Cesario writes, none of this is illegal. KB is the CEO and determines what every company employee is paid. He has not 99.9% control over this, he has 100% control.
And jailbird John Cesario, the threatener of children, making this an issue and including Mr. Berman's family in his faux conspiracy claims, is despicable. Plus whatever Mr. Berman pays himself, and right now the company discloses that Mr. Berman is and has been paid nothing, regardless it is none of jailbird Johnny's effing business. The company is required to disclose these issues, not ask the permission of jailbird Johnny Cesario. Nonetheless penny traders eat this stuff up.
