Alan, I'm not naive enough to think there's no corruption or crime going on, but I don't agree that naked shorting is a big problem in IPIX just because it's happening elsewhere. Show me some proof and I'll be glad to admit I'm wrong. Interpreting short volume as actual short sales doesn't prove anything IMHO. I've presented my case why naked shorting barely exists in IPIX here.

If the criminals shorted 50% of the daily volume illegally, are they stupid enough to leave actual evidence in the FINRA file? If the MMs are colluded, why would they provide actual evidence to incriminate themselves?
