GNCC CAPITAL, INC. ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT
EFFECTIVE: JANUARY 10, 2018 FILED: JANUARY 13, 2018
BACKGROUND:
As previously announced, the Corporation cancelled its planned Reverse Split of its outstanding
Common and its Authorized Stock as well as its change of name to that of “C4 Odyssey, Inc.”.
IMPLEMENTATION:-
On January 10, 2018, the Secretary of State, Wyoming, approved the Corporation Name change
back to that of “GNCC Capital, Inc.”. Furthermore the Corporation increased its Authorized Preferred shares of Stock to that of 300,000,000 to facilitate substantial funding commencing in January of 2018.
