we are seeking phase II trials with a drug that has Orphan Drug Status by FDA. Rik is looking proactively into the financing, partnerships, licensing agreements. We are here at these levels only and only due to note conversions associated with toxic financing. We are down at these levels for quite some time now. I followed all those note conversions and it is over now.
Buyout is possibility at this time since the company can take over them at these cheap prices. IF the prospective company only read their shareholder letter, they can become interested in taking over asap. Timing is everything and time is now imo.
