At first I thought this was an odd request, but on second thought it may be very useful. This is a stretch, but I wonder if its worth asking IR if recording devices will be permitted? Would be nice to get a recording or even a live stream (facebook?) of the meeting.

Like I said, probably a stretch, but just because NTEK is not providing this, it may not mean that it is not allowed? But even an iphone could work as a recorder...
