This report validates all the steps I have taken. I'm not quite as stingy with my daily calories. But I am 50% rda on my carbs and down 60 pounds in 18 months. All my baselines are in the middle of their range and declining. My sleep apnia is gone, I don't need a midday nap, and my bad discs hardly bother me anymore, and a doctor becoming shy about giving me advice.
