zPaul, welcome back to posting land. As you can tell/see you were missed! Glad to hear things are as well as they can be in your world.
I too read that line in the fins. I don't have a problem with the 10million shares each.
I guess my only problem is the "size" of the salaries. I guess I am old school and don't think you should pay out more than you bring in. However, there is still the notion that the top 3 officers have put in a lot of their own money and they deserved to get paid back imo.
Will it dilute the shares on the open market, I don't see it that way.
As for the lawsuits, WOW! SA in CA. Total a surprise! Blown away by that course of events. However, like you, I have not lost faith and did not react in selling ( actually bought more a couple weeks ago ) shares. I too am in this for the end game. I severe blow, yes; but recoverable, just means more time to pan out imo.
I like the BlockSafe Tech. angle, seems that the work and the onus is on that side and others for now which is good. Don't want the 'team' losing focus on SFT.
