About the $100K minimum weekly trading volume
I think its fair. I happen to be of the opinion that the best time to be buying is when trading is light, when the herd isn't paying attention.
Often you'll see a stock that goes from 1 cent to a dime, or from 10 cents to a buck....you'll see that by the time the volume starts picking up, that the stock has already made a big move off of its low's.
