"The concept is great."
"The demand is there."
"They have great Yelp reviews."

So what?

You keep wanting to know "why?" You'll never get an answer to that so save yourself an ulcer already. You won't get an answer to your questions if you keep asking from your viewpoint....from your mindset. You can't seem to get that through your head. You have to accept that your opinion in this situation may not be Parsi's opinion. That's it. End of story.

Everyone on planet earth has good ideas but that means NOTHING. Execution is everything. Yelp reviews are not!

If you lived in L.A., and did business in Hollywood (I did for a decade), you would understand but I'm guessing by your daily anguish, that you haven't. It's like trying to teach a goldfish how to Mamba....you keep repeating the same thing everyday and the fish will still never learn how to dance.

No matter what I write, you will argue with it even though you have zero experience in what you are saying. I can't imagine you lived/did business in Hollywood and never met guys like this. I did on almost a daily basis.

Having a great concept means nothing.
Having great Yelp reviews means nothing.

Executing on a solid business plan means everything.

That's it. That's all. If you can't accept any of that you will continue to drive yourself crazy posting the same rants ten times a day, seven days a week.
