Some of the plastics that need to be recycled...need to be sorted and cleaned...but that's not unlike all the plastic that need to be separated from the rest of the filth to be exported to China... you will get no argument that plastic refuse from the general public...should be sorted and cleaned... although I thought the extra unit for coke deposit mitigated some of that...dunno.

The other process I had in mind was plastic parts that are manufactured, like rubber molding or gaskets or whatever...you usually have the actual part pressed out...and then a surrounding "skirt"...that really needs no cleaning or sorting...you get into an industrial park that makes these types of materials...and several companies that have a NEED to dispose of that material and actually have a COST related to their disposal...etc etc..you see where I'm going.

It's just a matter of identifying those companies..a central locale..and sale of finished goods...
