Someone mentioned that they did this last year once. Perhaps, given their modest salaries in relation to what they’ve had to do to earn them, this is a way they preserve precious cash while waiting on contracts to kick in. OS is only added to by 2%.
Whether they expect pps to go up or not, many investors watch for FORM 4’s as a signal to take positions. I expect a similar dynamic with FORM 3’s.
Does anyone know if they have to wait 180 days before selling those shares? I feel sure they intend to keep them for years anyway; i am just curious to learn what the general rule is for that kind of situation.
