This basically is President signing 2 Bills with FARMERS ALL over the USA putting into bill the building of cell towers for internet access, wifi and cell phone usage for ALL farmers USA wide. Helpcomm does build towers and maintains towers. Looks like a potential for Helpcomm in the near future since he's directing the bill to have 100% coverage for ALL farmers in the USA for competitive purposes. Someone just posted about Helpcomm and I thought his speech was right in line with ANOTHER BVTK investment. Very impressed with the outlook on this.....another check on our side peeps
