One sure sign of a scam is when the scammer sues the scammed. Some of you who have been here for years can speak to that but I don't think GC has ever sued an investor. When I hear of associated or would be distributors being involved in court fights with partners a flag goes up in my mind. Just saying. I realize in America you are innocent until proven guilty. That doesn't work out in business. I f you wish to remain in business you must assume everyone is a crook until they prove otherwise. That's what deposits, earnest money and payment schedules are all about. It's a tried and true method used to separate the curious from the serious. If money hasn't changed hands there is no deal. Quotations and agreements are worthless. Money is the language of business. Everything else is Sales Speak.
