I think you're spot on, save for the timeline. I see indictments coming sooner....Kush and Donnie Jr., and we can't rule out some surprises.
Add obstruction of justice and conspiracy against the US of A to the charges. Then we can propose a name change for this board.
I nominate: "Quiet As A Mouse Peeing On Cotton Board"
(That name will nicely account for Roy's 'silence' here.)
