On the surface, it looks good. The remaining debt which was holding up the sale of the Machine Tools Division has been settled- expect a quick sale now. Not only will the Company get to keep the proceeds, but another 4.6M of debt has been wiped clean from the balance sheet.
But at what price did this come? How many common shares were promised to the debt holders. It appears the 2B authorized shares will come to pass soon, and apparently the current shareholders are non-too-happy for it, judging by the drop in price today.
Question: What will it take to get the stock price to go up?
Answer: Consistent quarterly profits after expenses.
