You will see a response when R&G is ready! They are not just going to throw out a "cookie cutter" type of an appeal, but will make it specific to this case, SA's documented defense of our lawsuit, the judge's ridiculous ruling, any precedence established in prior rulings that would support our case, etc..
They are professionals, and despite our perception of what might be a timely response to the ruling and subsequent filing of the appeal, it will proceed in accordance with R&G's strategies regarding this case, as well as the remaining cases, and the impact of the Appeal Court's ruling on those cases as well!
We need to let the professionals handle it! In this case we are in the excellent hands and excellent record of Ropes & Gray! That gives me a great deal of confidence as to the results! Just IMHO!
I know that you are aware of all of this information, but it is also for those that might respond to your concern over how the wording "immediately respond" has failed to actual produce a response yet. I don't want to see a bunch of people reading your post and then jumping on the bandwagon of why we haven't seen the appeal filed yet. Everyone needs to chill out and let R&G do their thing, their way! Again - THEY ARE THE PROFESSIONALS!
