I assume Steve met with many companies and government entities at the Dubai auto show. It could be that test units were sent to quite a few of those companies. SB probably couldn't fit all their names into his tweets from Dubai.
The bottom line is that we have a bunch of interested parties and if Einstein is headed out there to close some deals we are in good shape.
Now if he would only stop in Munich on his way back to get a nice 300 thousand unit initial order from BMW I can finally get back to house hunting!
