i see a jv or more than one in the works, owcp has the research and treatments,big co.'s have the $... a winning combination...

that is done, imho, by doing what i said in first paragraph, any buyout at this point is too soon and premature, just my opinion...because we are not trading at $20-30 pps or something... we trading under .60... a buyout now does not make sense to me...it would be too low an offer, imo...
