If the company will reduce the AS from 499m to 250m and take 150m from the OS, I don't known where you get the idea they want the pps to go down? First of all they have funding 21m which is confirmed. The company stated they will use 10%of profit to buy back shares. I don't know where you are getting those ideas. Wait for the SH and find out.
