I suppose being on the best lawyer in America list for 2016-2018 would be quite impressive. He does have a long list of achievements and awards. High profile may not be the best word to describe, but impressive is suitable. I believe the important thing is the company continues to put together a quality team and adding the second director may be to fulfill the requirements for cross listing.
