I'm a little surprised how easy it is to get share

I'm a little surprised how easy it is to get shares at these levels. I've luckily been able to purchase about 380,000 shares this week but had no problem getting them. To be noted all shares were bought at the ask about at .0215. But this close to shareholders meeting I thought it would be a bit of a different story.
