no matter A/S or O/S, it only gives shorties more good reasons to short the price to all time low price,what he need to worry is not PNCH accquired by other company , he should concentrate on adding company's value and attract more long term investors, we had over $6M market value before 3Q was released, yet after that we now only have $3M with all the A/S and O/S added....
