Yes, we definitely have a degree of a lack of understanding, or learning curve, with some viewing ProgreenUS as has been displayed by the strong addition of ESTRADA.
As each seemingly small or distant addition becomes a part of the Property Project it appears to be somewhat lost on many. However, as those seemingly minute additions get layered together, suddenly they become exponential in combined value.
As far as merely having an opportunity with Huy Fong Foods and David Tran.....I'm still trying to get my head around that one....Even years from now with Cielo Mar substantially completed, Those lil Chilies could go years beyond at $20-30+ Mil all by themselves.......
