I cannot recall when R&G ever lost a case they appealed. That includes cases that reached the US Supreme Court. Also, you'll recall SFOR has millions of dollars (per 8-K) dedicated towards legal defense. Since the USPTO validated our patents a couple of times (see IPO decision) why do you believe Entrust will prevail?
