My translation:
"Yes, we are on target for closing the deals we talked about during the 4th qtr, they just got major delayed as typical. I can't give the percentages but they are mostly through our channel partners and there are many of them."
When he does release deal news he won't be able to give percentages. He is saying here that this will be people's next question once he releases amounts. He won't be able to answer that though.
Also, in an email to me some time he said he has always said the deals will be large. That tells me the deal announcement will show that they are large but perhaps won't give exact amounts to SFOR but perhaps might give total revenue amount to ACS. Just my take.
