The Continuing Resolution (CR) would have been a factor in delaying ACS (our Federal Government) vendor from finalizing a possible deal with any Federal department or agency. Until a spending authorization bill is passed by Congress and signed into law by the POTUS only items already in the procurement cycle pipeline can be paid for. Nothing new, including any vendors defensive sotware. Please consider contacting your members of Congress (as I have) and ask them to fulfill the duty given to them by the founders in the Constitution, pass a budget. This delay is not the fault of ACS!
