Likely not dilution as last PR stated due to better financial (private investors) that they are going to reinstate to be accepted as a reporting company.
What hurt the SP over the last 2 weeks is that the last 2 prs released by the company stating the launch was happening on 1/1 and then again the launch late last week did not happen.
Along with C.E. stating on 12/14 that financials would be released within 10 days to eliminate the stop sign on OTC markets did not happen either.
Right now, C.E. has no credibility and should not be involved in the company and/or not be releasing PR's for events that don't happen..
