Couldn't be more accurate. Congratulations for showing some insight, finally.
No one who listens to Trump's grammar school level vocabulary and no one who sees Trump struggling to pay attention can conclude OTHER than that he is a moron, or that he's ill.
Throw in his mindless repetitions of words and sentences. Anyone who has seen that in a friend or relative KNOWS what is underway.
In other words we judge him on what he says and how he behaves, just like people do in real life. If that standard is too tough for him, and you, tough.
