I believe the shorts called in a favor in order for the OTC to issue NTEK the skull and crossbones. They know the shareholder meeting is but 10 days away and a proxy vote is part of that meeting. How many shares will be voted at that meeting will be telling. The shorts stand to lose millions and will do almost anything to stop that from happening. Credit to NTEK for keeping everyone in the dark, longs and shorts. Is it any wonder they are concerned?

I actually don't try to read all of that. I never thought that Dilorio would ever defeat the death star; thou I appreciate the fact that you are standing on the wall Alan.
I had never heard of a skull and crossbones designation. So Cute.
I guarantee that the shorts use it in their efforts to destroy value, and I do believe that this is aimed at David. He has my vote.
