99.9% sure there will be no shares given for the new subsidiary. This is because it is 100% SFOR owned and any value will be retained in the SFOR shares. This is because it is a wholly owned subsidiary. If it was a spin off company we would get shares as we would be "losing vale" of our SFOR shares. This is at least how I understand it to be.
Think of it this way. When a company "buys" a subsidiary company, you don't get shares of the new company, those shares disappear and are added into the value of the parent company.
We will find out what's what soon enough anyways though. GL to all and a bright 2018 we have in front of us.
