PR’s will only only serve to cause MM’s drive price down only further ( trying to get desired accumulation price). In a company like ONCI with great potential $$’s to be made, MM’s want in. Retail can drive PPS down in a panic when you have an OTC co have bad news, but that is not this OTC situation at all with nothing but good news. SB got MM attention with the Quick rise to 019 pushed by retail, but now they (mm) have this stock. MM Control is stronger than retail or a single debt holder selling. The previous price drop with every great PR has proven this. Plus...in the setting where FINRA IS WATCHING, releasing multiple pr’s only stalls their work because this makes it look like SB is pumping. IMO Releasing PR after PR is exactly why FINRA has taken so long to finalize all the changes to the company. IMHO it is not wise to release million dollar deals or unaudited financials while asking them to make changes to your company. FINRA digs in and starts evaluating. But we know all is good because there has been no dirt revealed after months of FINRA evaluation IMHO. All said the best answer to this MM Control is either sit and wait to hit bottom, then buy and average down. Or if your average PPS is already lower than the PPS hold if you can. MM’s are selling and walking price down only to buy at lower PPS. This is part of the reason why they are required to show a BID and a Ask at the same time on the L2. So that retail can read the L2 and see the process happening. It’s a sort of disclosure to you and me.

Sorry so long guys. I’ve done my homework. Go strong and Long ONCI $$
