$INSY Monday morning, waiting for the trading to begin.
Today may be the day that determines how INSY will perform over the next month. Why today? The best response is that the New Year is in full swing and all the ghosts that haunted this stock have been exposed.
The Federal and State court cases will continue BUT investors are aware of the positions taken by all sides of the court cases. The information is readily available for those investors who are curious about the ramifications of the charges and potential court decisions. INSYS Therapeutics has financially prepared itself for the possible court decisions.
Even though INSYS is NOT a provider of recreational marijuana, there may be a misunderstanding by some investors that the recent Justice Department decision to fully enforce the drug law (as it relates to marijuana) impacts the earnings ability of INSYS. Perhaps a clarification from INSYS corportate is needed to explain its role as a potential provider of medical (synthetic) 'marijuana'.
