John, I make a morning cocktail every other mornin
Post# of 27043
1 ounce apple cider vinegar
2 ounces of lemon juice
sprinkle of ginger
sprinkle of garlic
sprinkle of cinnamon
heaping teaspoon of turmeric
stir and wolf it down. it tastes like crap.
All the ingredients are listed as positive for diabetes, which I am putting in remission, and or high LDL cholesterol. When this drink kills me, I will let you know, LOL
