That is a horror story about JAZZ. Someone had a website once that was called something like "Cramer Tracker." He followed Cramer's picks, and discovered that fewer than half of them made money. Then Cramer sued him and the guy discovered that the legal fees to fight back would be so huge, it just wasn't worth it to fight the lawsuit so he took down the website.
A guy who runs a newsletter also followed Cramer's buy and sell recommendations, and said that he saw a pattern: Cramer touted whatever Wall Street wanted to sell to individual investors, and often those stocks would tank within a few months. I'm not mentioning the name of the newsletter guy because as far as I know Cramer hasn't figured out that this guy has said this (so he hasn't sued HIM yet).
