South African Parliament has been in recess and doesn’t resume until Monday. First 2 weeks are just training and education meetings for members. First actual committee meetings don’t start until Jan 30th. I believe this is the reason for delay in license approval. I believe it is the movement of the “Portfolio Committee on Health “, that we need to be watching for any license granting. They fall under the Dept of Health. This is who TXTM has been in weekly communication with up until recess began in mid -late Dec. 2017.
Just hold on people. It’s coming soon!!!! It’s coming. Load up through Jan. Take advantage of all the cheap shares when you can. IMO You will not see Triple Zeros past Feb 14th.
