Ahh yes, because the person before me threw out the term "faked" I was questioning him why anyone with a real document would post only bits of it. Why else would I use quotes around faked. If I wanted to claim it was faked I would have simply stated that. You really need to follow along to keep from taking things out of context.
And yes, I do believe Jack at H2 is far from expert on hydrogen and H2 tech. And I also believe it to be fraud to call yourself an expert, if you really are not, to gain approval from a government.
