The burden of establishing invalidity of a patent or any claim thereof shall rest on the party asserting such invalidity.
Based on what I read in the CA 101 thing, I did not see anything that specifically addresses "The burden of establishing invalidity of a patent or any claim thereof shall rest on the party asserting such invalidity."
If there is verbiage to that effect in the court documents, has anyone posted it here?
