He can't IMHO. Because of the nature of the vendor/distributor relationship. If there is going to be a PR about this ACC is calling the shots as regards timing of any PRs. This happened once before with a chain store. I'm confident Mark would like to crow about it like my rooster did at the dawn but he is not allowed to.
