OWC Pharmaceutical is the Plaintiff in both lawsuits in New York. Their success as a company does not hinge on the outcome of these lawsuits. Their impact to the company has already been factored in, so with all due respect there is no reason why you or others should be feeling "uncomfortable" about the outcome of the cases. In my view if there is a judgement in the company's favour it's a plus, if not life goes on as planned.
