I’ll say yes, banks make loans to qualified individuals (nano as it gets) and small startups, i imagine for the most part banks prefer there be material assets for collateral. Certainly they will audit regardless of anything stock related, show them a need to expand that will assure your ability to repay,
Really, a few pink shares floating around on the open market is nothing to either party but I’ll make a guess, if you can’t raise money with the stock the banks not going to want them. Could make a case it adds to the banks risk and they’d prefer the distraction not be there,
