$INSY Share price dropped this morning. The reasoning for the drop may be a bit convoluted. The FedGov has indicated that it MAY start enforcing FEDERAL drugs law in States as it relates to Marijuana. Investors may be a bit confused about the position maintained by INSY with respect to Marijuana. INSY is a SYNTHETIC Medical Marijuana producer as opposed to a recreational supplier of Marijuana.
In an earlier post I noted that there will be (in my opinion) days of Roller Coaster Rides. Today looks like the first fall over the rapid rise that had occurred in the prior week. I do not believe that the top share price has been realized yet. Still a few more ups and downs to go on the ride but I believe investors will see a new higher share price in a short period of time
