The Associated Press reported that the move will likely add to confusion among users and suppliers about whether they can grow, buy and sell marijuana in states -- as federal law bans it under the Controlled Substances Act.
That means everything is the same way it is. The states that have the power and California AG ain't going to ban it. We are still in great shape.
