Lenience toward marijuana creates a more favorable
Post# of 75011
IMHO there are two points to bear in mind here (besides the obvious fact that CBD is not THC):
1. Mexico is legalizing marijuana. We're going gangbusters into Mexico.
2. Sessions is walking into a powerful wind. With his aversion to marijuana, he's a member of a rapidly dying breed. He may manage to create marketplace uncertainty for a coupla years, but legal pot is coming our way. Reason #1: The cultural winds have shifted. Reason #2: States need the tax revenue desperately. This is a losing battle that he's fighting.
If RMHB delivers on its promises (CBD market leadership, water expansion, a cost-effective strategic acquisition), Sessions' woeful little play will be of no consequence whatever.
