It should be noted... no one, repeat no one is going to back NNLX's, N-Assay from a financial point of view "WITHOUT" audited financials. Banks, etc., won't lend money to a business that will not produce financials - it's part of their due diligence. This is why BB is trying to sell the patents and NOT have to produce financials.
And before you say it - I'm not talking about some toxic loan shark deals that are out there.
But why won't he produce financials, then take the next logical steps to get the N-Assay into production?
All in my opinion.
