Any Redaction Request is due by 1/24/2018. Redacted Transcript Deadline is set for 2/3/2018. Release of the Transcript Restriction is set for 4/3/2018. Before release date, the transcript may be viewed at the court public terminal or purchased through the reporter. Transcript Order form is availabl e on court website. After that date it may be obtained through the court reporter or PACER. (PG)
Looks like the unwashed masses won't be able to read it for a while. If my non-lawyer brain is translating properly then the redacted transcript will be available on April 3, 2018. *sigh* I guess I'll just have to keep visiting my resident psychic for advice. (I'm already getting plenty of advice from my wife.)
It doesn't really matter to me because I'm here for the duration and I have total confidence in Mr. Berman.
